Otome Direct Sales's Buying Terms:

Return Policy:

- Returns not accepted, Sorry.

- I will ship the item (s) once your full payment is received and cleared. It can take up to 3-8 days for Bank transfers or e-checks to clear.


For Domestic (U.S.) Buyers: After payment is received, all orders are shipped via USPS within 2 business days and include tracking information/delivery confirmation. Please contact us prior to purchase if you would like to add shipping insurance and/or signature confirmation as we are not responsible for items lost/damaged by USPS.

For International Buyers: All orders are shipped USPS First Class International Mail (delivered 1-3 weeks), and does not include insurance/delivery confirmation. We are not responsible for items lost/damaged by USPS. If you prefer to use an alternative shipping option (Priority Mail, UPS, FedEx, etc) please contact us prior to purchase for a custom shipping quote.

NOTE: International customers are responsible for their countries' customs, taxes, duties, and/or VAT fees. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying.

Shipping Terms:

- Orders are shipped within 1 to 2 business days from the time your payment was received.

- A partial shipping refund will be given back to you in the event of excessive overcharge by the website.

- Orders are shipped via United States Postal Service.

- I ship US Domestic (50 states and US Territories/Protectorates) and International.

- Although items are packaged to prevent damage during shipping, I cannot be responsible for the mishandling by the shipping company. However, insurance and tracking is included with your order and not added in with the total shipping charge. (The insurance and tracking cost is paid by the seller.)

- Shipping insurance and tracking is the seller's responsibility and not the buyers.

- Insurance claims are to be handled by the seller and the shipping company.
